Prior to taking Michelle’s Intuitive Eating class, I had struggled with efforts to change my eating habits. Through the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, I was taught how to look at my choices with a new healthy perspective.  Choices that I am now able to make effortlessly and that also teach me to respect my body.  Michelle’s approach also helped to build me up and show me not to look down on myself should I make a “not so good" choice.  The classes were fun and the group moved through the topics with helpful discussions. I definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to make a healthier and knowledgeable change.
